Uttar Pradesh Assembly Election 2027
Uttar Pradesh is India's most politically significant state, sending the largest bloc of MLAs of any assembly and playing an outsized role in national politics. 403 seats are elected across 75 districts, with 84 reserved for Scheduled Castes and 2 for Scheduled Tribes. The 2027 contest is expected to be led by the BJP (NDA) against the Samajwadi Party-led INDIA bloc, with the BSP and Congress also in the field. Law and order, the Ram Mandir's economic impact on Ayodhya, farm incomes, and caste-arithmetic alliances are dominant themes.
Given the size of this assembly, the browser below lists a very substantial, district-organised set of constituencies compiled from public records. A handful of seat names may still need final cross-checking against the live ECI roll before the 2027 notification — see the source note below.
